Dr. Francis Law, Co-Chairman of MHJMC, visited Dongguan Municipal Government and other organizations with President Zheng MinSheng of CCPIT Doungguan on 15 August 2017. In the morning session, the party first visited Dongguan Municipal Government and was received by Mr. Wang QingHui, Vice-Mayor of Dongguan. Both parties have had exchanges of ideas on the international development of mediation and the facilitation on commercial development by such alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as mediation-arbitration. In the afternoon, the delegates visited Dongguan Lawyers Association and Dongcheng Sub-district Office subsequently and was respectively received by Chen XiKang, President of Dongguan Lawyers Association, and Deng Tao, Secretary of Dongcheng Sub-district Office. Thorough discussion and exchange on the cooperation of training international mediators, using international dispute resolution platform and refining cross-border business environment have been made in the meetings.
