Hong Kong Mediation Centre and Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center are celebrating the 18th and 2nd Anniversary respectively, and we are pleased to cordially invite you to our jointly-organized Annual Dinner, which will be held on 21 November 2017 (Tuesday), to share our pleasure and fruitful achievement. Government officials and representatives from mediation / arbitration institutions from Hong Kong and Mainland China are also invited. It will serve a perfect opportunity to facilitate the exchange of ideas on dispute resolution.

Interested individuals please (i) fill in the application form and email to drexpert@mhjmc.org; and (ii) send the cheque / copy of bank slip / copy of TT application form to the Secretariat of Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center via email, by post or in person (Address: 21/F, Success Commercial Building, 245 -251 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) on or before 16 November 2017.

The Secretariat will send confirmation email for the recognition of successful application on or before 17 November 2017. If applicants cannot receive any confirmation email sent from the Secretariat by 17 November 2017, he/she will be wait-listed.
